Make a Difference - Volunteer!

volunteers Sacramento Pride depends on a small army of volunteers to make a successful event year after year. The Sacramento Pride Parade and Festival is produced as a community engagement program of the Sacramento LGBT Community Center. Net proceeds from the event help support LGBTQ health and wellness, advocacy, and community building programs year-round.

Why Volunteer?

Sacramento Pride is a great way for you to give back to your community and make new friends. Pride is on June 3rd, 2017 and we need to fill roughly 500 volunteer positions by then.

  • Free admission to Pride and a free t-shirt.
  • It’s a great way to give back to the community.
  • You get to meet lots of great people, many who you have never met before.
  • You gain valuable experience being part of a high-profile project.

How to Volunteer

Online registration is now closed. If you want to volunteer – you can register at the event. Come to the Volunteer Registration location in the parking garage at 520 Capitol Mall. Come down N street (one way) and the entrance is on your left directly after 5th street. You can sign up and receive an assignment – thank you we always need volunteers.
